David Hartley, pictured above, was allegedly gunned down in Mexican waters on
Sept. 30, 2010, while his wife, Tiffany, dodged bullets and raced her
Jet Ski back to American soil. Hartley's body has never been found.Authorities

a Colorado man was reported to have been killed by Mexican drug
