If you are going to do something, do it well... and Jimmy Jack's does BBQ well! If you don't like BBQ, you'll have to go somewhere else because their menu focuses in a few items, which in my opinion probably explains the high quality of the items they offer. I do have to admit that we did take out on this particular night because we were not sure they would have any place to put two car seats, so I have not actually been in the restaurant, just eaten the goods.
They have a website so you can take a look at their menu and decide what you would like. While I am usually a sucker for anything with pulled pork, I decided on the half slab of ribs, with your choice of two sides and a piece of the honey cornbread. The half slab, plus all the sides is a lot of food, so make sure you bring your game face... and stretchy pants. The ribs come dry, so if you like your ribs sloppy and dripping with BBQ sauce, make sure to get some extra cups of BBQ sauce. Usually I like lots of sauce with mine, but I have to say that I did enjoy the ribs as they came.
