On a recent trip to Paris, my owner of the apartment 22191228 that I rented suggested going to her favorite boulangerie in Paris. She tells all of her renters about this place and says she cannot eat pastries from anywhere else, because they just don't compare. I had planned on going, but wasn't going to try it until being there for a few days.
After my friend's morning run the next day, she bought 22191228 pastries at a place she saw with a line outside that looked beautiful, and brought them back to the apartment. I tried them and was blown away, it turns out, my friend randomly happened upon Du Pain et des Idees. We ended up going there every day we were in Paris.
You can smell the shop from a block away. It looks magical and beautiful from the inside and outside. Make sure you get a few different varieties. Don't skip the plain croissant or the apple tart. I bet you didn't realize a plain croissant can taste that delicious.7ea99ed1b6714702bd5343b786c98bee
