Hi,
We're currently using the URL http://zephyr.1ts.org/df in the Zephyr
default format field to instruct people to upgrade their zephyr client
configuration. Unfortunately that machine isn't as reliable as we'd like
(and there was some downtime recently that tripped up people), so we'd
like to move it to web.mit.edu to take advantage of its better
Akamai-powered reliability. Also, http://mit.edu/df is shorter anyway --
the motivation here is that the default format field wastes valuable bytes
in the unfragmentable Zephyr header.
Can you create the "df" Hesiod alias pointing to
/afs/sipb.mit.edu/project/barnowl/df ? Enough people have access to the
barnowl locker that it'll be easy to keep that up-to-date, and since it's
just going to be used for a single page, it doesn't seem worth creating a
separate locker for.
