Several people have asked me about signing them off APO-L recently. Here
are the instructions for getting off APO-L.

To unsubscribe a message to:

LISTSERV@PURCCVM (listserv@purccvm.bitnet or listserv@vm.cc.purdue.edu) for
you Internet folks).

Do not send the message to APO-L.

The message should read:

SIGNOFF APO-L

Do not include anything else.

If you are having trouble unsubscribing from the list, send a message to me
and I'll look into the problem. I can be reached at:

edk.laspau@mhsgw.harvard.edu
ccrazy@harvarda
ccrazy@athena.mit.edu

The above instructions only work if you are subscribed directly to the
list, if your chapter is redistributing APO-L messages on it's own list you
will need to talk to whomever administers that list to be removed.
