Hi brothers,
A few hours ago, brothers left the front APOffice empty with the door
wide open. While Mitch and I were in the back with the press and fan
on, and couldn't hear much of anything up front. This leaves
EVERYTHING in the front APOffice up to theft - which has happened too
often in the past.
AX has several recurring problems with the APOffice door, the
guidelines are:
* if you are the last person to leave the front of the APOffice, close
the door. Even if people are in the back of the APOffice.
* make sure the door latches when you leave. It is best to do this by
hand. If you just heave it behind you too lightly, it may not close
all the way and, even it it looks closed it may not latch. If you
slam it too hard, it can bounce open. So please verify that the
door is closed and latched.
* If you open both doors, make sure the one that is generally closed
is fully latched at the top. I entered the APOffice a few days ago
and it wasn't. You could just pull both doors open, even though the
card key was latched.
Please help prevent theft from the APOffice!!!!
Perhaps someone might want to add this to the Pledge Manual?
