So yes, indeed, there is a place open this summer:
I am leaving town May 28th and am looking for someone to subleting my room
for June and July. I live at House Cognito, in somerville, two blocks from
the sullivan square T-stop. It's a 4-person household; lease runs out in
August but will almost undoubtedly be reclaimed by my housemates.
Drea Brandford and Lee Hunter and Rob Harris live there. Good
housemates.
2 bathrooms, washer-dryer, half of a 3-floor house. _Very_ modern (the
building is only a couple of years old). Two single bedrooms, one smaller
"computer" room, and a huge double bedroom in the basement (I'm one of the
singles). Excellent kitchen, enormous yard we share with our neighbors.
Rent is $1050/month for the whole place ($262.50 apiece). The house splits
food and utilities, which are very reasonable.
