Meeting minutes 5/19
Attendance: Will, Amanda, Michael, Victor, Sami, Nathan, Nina, Claire
Advisor: Ellen
REG DAY CHAPTER SETTING:
- Reg Day Tuesday Sept 5th
- First (Second) Chapter meeting will be set at 6 PM
- (Sunday afternoons tentative for chapter meeting)
SUMMER PLANS:
- Meeting at least twice over the summer (Skype)
- (May also meet phyiscally)
- (Will will look into getting good Skype conference rooms if there is enou=
gh interest...)
- Nina, Nathan, Claire, Will, and Amanda will be present over the summer fo=
r summer events
- SUMMER STORAGE:
- Between couch and back wall; can store 1-2 boxes there
- EARLY RETURNS:
- forms due by 6/7; talk to Kyra about pubdir stuff
- First meeting set 6/18 (exact time TBD)
