Meeting times
Want to find a time that most brothers and also Ellen can make (at least =

Chapter meeting will not be settled today. We will bump the when2meet =
(and send to pledges) and vote at next brother meeting.
Exec meetings will be on Wednesdays from 6-7 though (or 5:30-7 if we =
need more time - with 1-2 days notice)

Will=92s proposals
Drop requirement for each to organize an event - make it a group thing
Make pledge meetings mandatory
Drop required service hours to 10
Will talk about/vote on at brother meeting

We have dates for prison books! Possibilities: on Tuesdays and Thursdays =
in April: April 4, 6, 11, 13, 18, 20, 25, 27. Feb 18, March 18, April 8, =
May 20, June 17 on Saturdays. We=92ll discuss which to choose soon (the =
March 18, and then some Tuesday or Thursdays in April?). And we have to =
call ahead if more than 5 are coming (otherwise just show up).
PMD event (Lego kits) on the 25th of Feb. Sign up by the 20th!
Margaret Fuller House anytime. (March 8 and 22, although flexible)
Soon: making cards for people in facilities (this Sunday from 11-1 =
before pledge meeting)
Helping out BU with Scout things
