2/6 Meeting
Attendance: Vicki, Will, Sami, Nina, Wilbur, Nathan, Ellen, Sue, Claire,
Diana
*COME TO RUSH EVENTS THIS WEEK!!!!!*
- Check Ins
- =E2=80=9CMy favorite shampoo - well, the one I use currently - is M=
ane and
Tail, which is also for horses=E2=80=9D - Sami
- Semester Hopes And Dreams Yay (SHADY)
- Chapter meetings should (potentially) be a more mandatory thing
- Ask Nina and exec for help if needed - lean on each other
- Goals, service-wise or pledge-wise?
- "We should do it" - Vicki
- "What do we have to offer the community? What can our role be?"
- Sami
- Concerted service plan with specific goals/missions
- Would it be better to have a set service time? Every other week?
- Do service as a group
- Pledge goals: class of 5, weekly meeting with pledges,
traditional Nationals-structured pledge program, big/little
program, get
them excited about APO. The chapter needs to help build that
excitement!
- Make the chapter more family-like
- Fellowship goals: hang out more, escape the room,
sleepover+dinner, game nights, cupcake roulette, beanboozled
- During chapter meetings do bylaws or history of the week
- *Chapter Meetings this semester will be 6:05-before 7:35 on
Tuesdays*
- Rush
- Very important rush week for us!
- We need to do table sitting and we need to come to events
- Share with friends and living group
- Nina is ordering pizza tomorrow
