Hi everyone!
We'll be having a chapter meeting on Wednesday 3/5 at 7:30pm in the APO
office, as listed on the APO

If you have anything you'd like to add to the agenda, please let me know.
Since this chapter meeting should be quite short, we'll be holding CAPS
directly after the meeting ends, also in the APO office. CAPS stands for
Chapter Assessment and Planning Session, and is where we talk about
bigger-picture management and longer-term planning for the chapter. I
highly recommend you attend if you any thoughts to share about how this
chapter is run.
Some questions that we'll be reflecting upon at CAPS:
1) What's our vision? Where do we want to go?
2) What works in our chapter?
3) What could be improved in our chapter?
4) Possible Goals
If there are any specific ideas or areas you'd like to discuss at CAPS, let
us know! CAPS works better when we have concrete points to focus on. Feel
free to use this email thread to bring up any issues, or just ping me and I
can add it to the CAPS agenda.
