This is what I think would be the best, centralising everything on one
single website. I know that WordPress (and usually many other systems)
allows multiple admins to work on the site, so we could distribute the
tasks. If anyone ever jumps of (for whatever reason) the gap can easily
be filled with somebody else.
But I believe that Lawrence was thinking of something more like a web,
where kli.org is just pointing to
It might look like
kli.org
--> emailarchive --> www.xyz.com/klimails
--> new words --> www.abcde.com/newwwords
--> KLI wiki --> wiki.blabla.de/
etc.
The only special thing is that they should pretty much look alike, so
that one sees immediately that they belong to the KLI.

It is a mix of both. If I got it right, they do not need to be hosted
by the KLI, OTOH they are not just "other sites". Due to the different
systems used on each site, I had my doubts about the uniformity.
Uniformity would of course be solved using a single website:
kli.org
--> emailarchive --> kli.org /klimails
--> new words --> kli.org/newwwords
--> KLI wiki --> wiki.kli.org /
etc.
