I won't answer everything, but like to add my two cents:

A shorter way may also be {yItaD} "freeze" or {yItam} "be quiet"

I like that solution :-)

You may use the verb {ghIj} :
"nothing can scare me"
{mughIjlaH pagh}

No, there is not. :-(
But I know that Okrand has that on his to-do-list. (I've seen it)

Why not? It seems to fit Okrand's system of transcribing similar names.
PS: what are you using for your apostrophe?

This seems like the accent for the french word =E9t=E9.
When writing klingon, it's better to use the ' used in english words =
like in [don't] or [it's]. Typographically better (and depending on the =
font you usenicer to read) it should be the little mark looking like a =
small nine, which you can create holding your Alt-Key and then type =
0146. This produces =92. (but thats too much work when writing emails)
