'Tis indeed=2C but sadly=2C no=2C I was not involved. I do want to know who=
was=2C though=2C since to the best of my knowledge I'm the only even mildl=
y active speaker in the country. It'd be great to have someone else local a=
s a conversation partner=3B building a speaker community from a base of one=
