I'm not sure what your "sic" is referring to.
If you are confused about the not so perfect english translation, then
this is because the phrase continues in the following line. They never
match one to one:
qa' qo'Daq ghomqa' chaH
'ej nItebHa' Suv chaH
'e' Sov luqara'
And Lukara knew they would meet again.
