No, it is not.

It is true that the vast majority of morphemes are indeed one  
syllable long.  However, polysyllabic morphemes are not so rare as to  
be exceptional: {pe'vIl}, {ghaytan}, {HISlaH}, {ghobe'}, {HanDogh},  
{DIvI'}, {rejmorgh}, etc.  {jabbI'ID} is particularly common around  
these parts.
