I did that because we had literally got the word minutes before and it just
happened to be relevant to the conversation that was happening. It wasn't
an offical announcement of the word. Everyone in the room received it at
the same time, I just happened to be the first person to use it on the
internet.

I'm not sure what you mean by "a summery of the qep'a'". Is that like some
kind of after action report?
