Likeliest, if a Klingon ship found its way across the dimensions to Middle Earth, or Earendil's spaceship that was made for him in Valinor found its way to the Star Trek universe, the Klingon word {betleH} would be taken across as 'betlech' ('ch' pronounced as in German or Welsh), or however that it written in the Elvish alphabets called 'tengwar' or 'cirth'.

This begs the question, why does Klingon need a term for Darth, any more than Sindarin needs one for bat'leth?
