\Speaking of words that are "nuqvo'?"... I seem to remember seeing
\the word pabpo' used for "grammarian" (with Okrand being the
\"pabpo''a'", and if we had too many people claiming authority
\there would be "pabpo'mey").  "pab" is "grammar" or "to follow
\(rules)", but I don't see "po'" or "pabpo'" anywhere in TKD.
\nuqvo' 'oH mu'vetlh'e'?

Look again; there is a verb po' (be expert, skilled).  Inferring the noun
po' (expert)" from this verb would be shaky, except for the fact that it's
sanctioned by Okrand (he even used it when autographing my 1st edition of 
the dictionary).
