Date: Mon, 23 Feb 1998 11:53:24 GMT

=====BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE=====

This version works with RedHat 5.0 and KDE Beta3.

- From the README:

KPPPLoad is the successor to a similar program that I wrote, called
PPPLoad. KPPPLoad performs identical functions to PPPLoad, but it is
designed to work with KDE's session management.

KPPPLoad is distrubuted under the GNU Public License, version 2.

FEATURES
Displays current transmit rate and receive rate.
Displays total bytes transmitted and received.
Displays an xload-style graph of transmit and receive rates.
Displays connect time in the title bar.
Can automatically run a user-specified command to redial the PPP link
        when it is disconnected.
Can execute a user-specified command periodically, but only when the
        PPP link is up.

Hi,

I have put together a page describing the modifications needed to get
backspace and delete to work properly in all environments (and a number of
programs): VT, xterm, X, bash, tcsh, less, netscape, joe, nedit and more:
http://www.ibbnet.nl/~anne/keyboard.html. Yes, it can be done!
The reason for the page is that while the current HOWTO's contain a
lot of information, this information is not specifically aimed at making
backspace and delete work properly.

http://www.ibbnet.nl/~anne/keyboard.html

Regards,

Anne Baretta (anne@ibbnet.nl)
