I would also point out the expense, complexity and privacy problems
associated with obtaining a certificate. Even $6/yr for a meaningless class
4 Verisign cert will put people off. And has anyone read Verisign's
agreement lately with the Certification Parctice Statement (CPS)? Not
consumer friendly.
