Dear Friend,
I wish to acknowledge and recognize your importance in this business transaction, which will take us only one month. I am an Indian; I live in and work in Nigerian with the above-mentioned co-operation. I was a member of a contract awarding committee in the co-operation, which I was the chairman. A contract was awarded to a foreign company to lay pipes from Port-Harcourt to Warri refineries which was awarded in the year 2000, the contract was Sixty Million United State Dollars Only ($60, 000 000.00) but been the contract awarding committee chairman, I over inflated it to the tone of Ninety Million United State Dollars Only ($90, 000 000.00), the work have been completed and the company have been paid by The Nigeria National Petroleum Cooperation (NNPC).
What is left now is Thirty Million United State Dollars Only (30, 000 000.00) which was kept in one of the Finance/ Security Company set up by the Federal Government that is in charge of paying foreign contractors. I need your assistance in concluding this golden opportunity and to secure the fund into your possession, because being the chairman, I cannot do it alone without the help of a foreigner who will stand as the contractor who executed the job. Please you have to keep this business within the confines of business as top secret and confidential to yourself till the funds get into your account, then I will join you in your country for a meeting and subsequently, you will introduce me into a profitable business where I will invest my own
share of the fund.
I will request we see in person first before we excite this transaction as I want to know me in person or if you can not make it call me on the above phone numbers for more discussions. After my prayers in the Haji Allah directed me to contact you.
I have set aside 100% to be shared between you and I being the contract awarding committee chairman, I will get 60%, you that is assisting me will get 30% then 10% will be shared between both parties for any expenses we may meet on the way during the transaction. In
your sincere response I will give you all the documents that will back up your claims. I promise you hundred percent risks free.
