* User-defined polls.
* Three vote-types: PRIVATE - for secret votes
PUBLIC - for a show of hands
IF-VOTED - for who-voted but not how-voted
* Two vote-styles: Yes/No

* Three vote states: Open - vote is open and tallies appear.
