Hello!
For all of you that retrieved my previous (1.3) version of chklogs
I am glad to announce that version 1.4 out has been tested and I have
just uploaded it to my ftp area:

   ftp.iaehv.nl:/pub/users/grimaldo/chklogs-1.4.tar.gz
or
   http://www.iaehv.nl/users/grimaldo/ftp.html

Here some of the highlights:

* Documentation is complete and fixed some inconsistencies
* Has 3 more options, now it supports ARCHIVING
* A sample Log Index File has been included (thanks to the one
  that suggested it!)
* Easier to configure and all of that fully documented

This time since there is no majordomo you can just get it from my
ftp area on my host, so it doesn't hurt my system :)

Those of you who don't know, chklogs is a simple, monolingual :)
(that is written in ONE language only) Perl script that monitors
the sytem logs and give the administrator a shout (by stdout or
by mail) when one or more of the logs have grown beyond its
allowed size.

		Enjoy!
