I've uploaded a very alpha version of a multiplayer version of civ which 
I wrote to sunsite.unc.edu. Bug fixes are very welcome, bug reports not 
so much because I don't have much time to spend on it.

The file is civ-0.1.tar.gz. Here's the LSM which goes along with it.
